Their customers work to broadcast deadlines, send enormous video and audio files, and expect every word (and every "um") captured precisely, confidentially, and on time.
That puts the technology at the centre of the business. Tscripts needed a platform that made it effortless for clients to upload huge files and track jobs, and gave their own team the tools to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven workflow behind the scenes — plus a website that reflected the quality of the work.

Client proof — including a note from a CBS 60 Minutes videographer about transcripts turned around over a weekend — sits alongside clear paths to upload, log in, or get in touch. It's a site built to reassure people who can't afford a missed deadline.
