Hustlehub
Life skills for teens.
A platform built to scale them.
Hustle Hub offers mental strength coaching for teens, building essential soft skills like communication, emotional intelligence, goal-setting, and resilience. TIB Digital built a fully responsive WordPress site with an integrated subscription flow and members' area — so teens can sign up, take assessments, and follow personalised content paths, and the Hustle Hub team can publish fresh lessons with ease.

School teaches algebra. Hustle Hub teaches teens everything else.
Hustle Hub — Young Titans Hustle Hub — offers mental strength coaching for teens, helping them build the soft skills school rarely covers: communication, emotional intelligence, goal-setting, discipline, financial literacy, public speaking, and resilience. Its starting point is a striking stat it puts front and centre: 85% of job success comes from well-developed soft skills, and only 15% from technical knowledge.
To scale beyond one-to-one coaching, Hustle Hub needed a platform, not a brochure: a site that could sell subscriptions to teens and parents, assess where each teen is today, and deliver a personalised path of lessons, challenges, and tools — all while letting the team publish new content without a developer.
Of job success tied to soft skills — the problem Hustle Hub solves
Life skills covered, from communication to financial literacy
Skills for Success Quiz driving every personalised path
Content managed in-house by the Hustle Hub team
Built to speak to two audiences at once: teens and their parents.
Teens need to feel it's for them; parents need to trust it's worth it. We designed a fully responsive WordPress site that does both — energetic, confident visuals and plain-spoken copy for teens, with clear programme structure, outcomes, and pricing for the parents making the decision. Every page points toward one of three next steps: take the quiz, subscribe, or book private coaching.
- Web design
- Responsive build
- Conversion paths
- Content structure

From sign-up to a personalised path in one flow.
The core of the build is an integrated subscription flow and members' area. Teens sign up, choose a plan, and take the Skills for Success Quiz — which identifies their strengths, gaps, and habits — and the site uses those results to unlock a personalised content path. Inside the members' area they find interactive lessons, real-life scenarios, guided exercises, and daily challenges, all paced to keep them coming back.

A coaching business that scales beyond the coach.
Hustle Hub now runs on a platform that sells, assesses, and teaches — a fully responsive WordPress site with an integrated subscription flow, a personalised members' area, and a CMS the team controls end to end. It lets Hustle Hub reach far more teens than one-to-one coaching ever could.
What client say.
TIB took our vision for Hustle Hub and turned it into a platform that actually works for teens and parents. The subscription flow, the Skills for Success Quiz, and the members' area all came together beautifully, and we can add new lessons ourselves whenever we want. They were patient, creative, and genuinely invested in what we are trying to do for young people.
