Fenix360
The artist owns the stage.
We built the stage.
FENIX360 set out to build the future of social media for music — a platform where independent artists get their own branded app, connect directly with fans, and keep up to 95% of what they earn. TIB Digital designed and built it end to end: brand identity, the marketing website, the artist dashboard, native iOS and Android fan apps, and the F360 utility token integration that powers the whole economy.

Streaming pays artists fractions of a cent. FENIX360 wanted to hand them the whole stage.
Independent musicians have more reach than ever and less income to show for it. Platforms own the audience, the data, and most of the revenue — and fans who want to support an artist directly are pushed through a maze of middlemen. FENIX360, founded by Lance Ford, set out to flip that model: a social platform where every artist gets their own branded app, keeps the lion's share of what they earn, and talks to fans directly — with blockchain handling the transparency and the payouts behind the scenes.
The catch: Web3 products have a reputation for being built for crypto natives, not for a touring drummer or a fan who just wants to buy a T-shirt. FENIX360 needed a product that made tokens, collectibles, and decentralized distribution feel as simple as posting a video — across a brand, a website, an artist dashboard, and native apps for millions of potential users.

Global Artist Ambassadors at launch
Combined social connections behind the launch
A brand built to rise — for artists who are tired of being burned.
The name does a lot of the work: a phoenix, rising from an industry that has left most artists out in the cold. We built the identity system around that idea — a wordmark and mark with forward motion, a dark, stage-lit colour palette with fiery accents, and typography that holds up on a festival poster and a phone lock screen alike. The voice is artist-first and unapologetically optimistic: "the future of social media," not "another streaming service."

One site, two audiences — and a clear path for each.
fenix360.com has to sell two very different people at once: an artist deciding whether to trust a new platform with their career, and a fan deciding whether it's worth downloading another app. We designed the site around that split — dedicated artist and fan journeys, the revenue-share story told in plain numbers instead of token jargon, and App Store / Google Play downloads placed wherever intent peaks. The Web3 layer is there for anyone who wants the detail, but nobody has to understand a blockchain to get started.

Launch an app in twenty minutes. Run a career from one panel.
The artist panel at web.fenix360.com is where the promise gets real. An artist signs up, drops in their music, videos, and photos, and walks out with a branded app of their own — no developer, no agency, no waiting. From there, the same dashboard runs everything else: merch, ticketing, livestreams, collectibles, fan messaging, and a clear view of what's earning and where the audience is.

Earnings & audience analytics
Transparent, transaction-level reporting on every stream, sale, and payout.
A social feed where every scroll can put money in an artist's pocket.
For fans, FENIX360 had to feel like the social apps they already use every day — just pointed at music. We designed and built native iOS and Android apps for discovering indie artists, watching music videos and livestreams, following and messaging artists, buying merch, and collecting digital collectibles. Every video links straight through to the artist's own app, so discovery turns into direct support in a tap. Location-aware notifications bring the experience offline: the app tells you when an artist you follow is playing near you.

Blockchain doing the heavy lifting — without making anyone learn blockchain.
The F360 utility token powers the ecosystem: fans use it to buy, tip, and collect; artists earn it and cash out. We integrated the token and collectibles layer so it feels like any other in-app purchase — simplified wallet flows, one-tap collectible minting, and a transparent, on-chain record of every transaction that both artists and fans can see. It's the part of the product that makes the 95% revenue share possible, and the part most users never have to think about.

A global creator platform, live on web, iOS, and Android.
As FENIX360's long-time development partner, TIB helped build a platform connecting fans and artists worldwide. FENIX360 launched globally with 6,000 Artist Ambassadors and a combined audience of 2.9 million social connections, across a brand, website, artist dashboard, and native apps TIB designed and built end to end. The platform has since kept growing — listing the F360 token on exchanges and partnering with Indian streaming giant Gaana to bring its artist-fan economy to a much larger stage.
What client say.
TIB has been with us from the very beginning — brand, website, dashboards, and the apps our artists and fans use every day. They understood what we were trying to build for independent artists and turned a big, complicated vision into a product people can actually use. Their team moves fast, thinks like founders, and treats our platform like it's their own.
