Elite Nannies is a premium agency placing qualified career nannies with families in Los Angeles and New York City. Its point of difference is unusual: its nannies bring expertise in a second profession on top of childcare — teachers, nurses, language instructors, personal trainers, massage therapists — and only the top 5% of candidates make the cut. The promise isn't just childcare. It's a nanny who enriches the whole family's life.
The agency needed a brand that communicated that level of care and exclusivity, and a website that did more than look good — it had to run a two-sided process, bringing families and nannies in, and making the booking experience as smooth as the service itself.

We created a comprehensive branding strategy for Elite Nannies, starting with the logo and building out a complete identity system: colour palette, typography, illustration style, and photography direction. The challenge was balance — the brand needed to feel exclusive enough for high-profile families in LA and Manhattan, but warm enough that a first-time parent feels instantly at ease. The line "Enriching your family life" sits at the centre of it all.

We designed and developed an advanced front-end and back-end system that powers both sides of the agency. Families register, share their needs, and move through the booking process online; nannies apply through a dedicated "Join the Elite" portal; and the Elite Nannies team manages candidates, families, and placements from one admin backend — replacing a lot of back-and-forth email with a structured, trackable workflow.
